Summer is finally here – and with it come a bunch of healthy resolutions. If you’re a lactose-free lover, or someone keen on introducing a bit more ‘delicious’ into your bland health kick, here’s a recipe that will keep you on-goal.

Vizio Caffe e Cucina’s Acai Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 100ml Coconut Water
  • 180g Organic Acai Berries
  • 40g Homemade Granola
  • 10g Coconut Flakes
  • 10g Raw Cacao Nibs
  • 10g Goji Berries
  • 10g Chia Seeds 

In a blender, process the Organic Acai Berries, half of the banana and coconut water until it turns into a smooth mixture. Transfer half of your homemade granola into your bowl. Pour the Acai mix into the bowl levelling the top. Garnish with all the remaining ingredients and make it look fabulous! Serves one.
