Want to know how to pimp your spritz this summer? Four Pillar gin c/o the Adelphi Pool Deck’s Four Pillar Fridays have sent us our new favourite cocktail recipe – perfect for those hot summer nights.
This summer one of the best spots to be when it gets hot in Melbourne is the Adelphi pool deck. Open from 6am til 10pm daily, you can have food and drinks delivered splash-side, without moving a muscle – but if summer nights are more your speed, head to the Adelphi Four Pillar Fridays.
Grab an Adelphi gin spritz and while the night away by the pool… or, here’s how to make one at home:
- 30ml Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
- 30ml Manzanilla Sherry
- 15ml Peach Liqueur
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- Soda water
- Slices of orange
Pour gin, sherry peach liqueur and lemon over ice. Top with Prosecco and soda water then garnish with slices of orange and water cress leaves. Yum!
